Are you a fractional CFO?
No. A fractional CFO sits on your board and tells you what your numbers mean. We rebuild the systems that produce the numbers, then leave.
Do you do our bookkeeping?
No. Bookkeeping is outsource-only and we'll help you hire if you need to. We make sure whoever does it has clean inputs and a working system.
Do we get an AI agent?
We use AI where it replaces manual work we've done ourselves. We don't ship agents we haven't earned. No "finance copilot" that hallucinates your ARR.
What tools do you work with?
QuickBooks, Xero, Mercury, Stripe, Tabs, Rippling, HubSpot, Salesforce, Abacum. If it's in the stack, we've probably wired it.
Can you just do the quick wins?
Yes. The diagnostic is standalone. No obligation to hire us for the build.
How much is the build?
Scoped from the diagnostic — typical range $15K–$40K, fixed fee. You see the price before you commit.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Sometimes. Only if the system we built needs a hand staying up. Not a retainer to keep us around.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your accounting system, billing, CRM, and bank. No writes during the diagnostic. We don't touch customer data.
How fast can you actually start?
Currently booking the next month's slots. Once we agree on scope and access, the clock starts on Day 01 of the next available week.
